01 Definitions & Scope of Application

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "u99" or "Platform" refers to the u99.lc website along with all its services, mobile apps and features.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the u99 platform.
• "Service" covers all games, sports betting, promotions, financial transactions and other features available on u99.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total cash amount in a member's account at any given time, excluding the value of any bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements.

02 Registration Eligibility

To register and use the u99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

03 Account & Member Responsibility

As a u99 member, you are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account. It is important to understand and comply with the following guidelines:

• Keep your password secure and do not share your login credentials with anyone, including individuals claiming to be u99 representatives.
• Notify the u99 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Update your personal information whenever changes occur to ensure your account records remain accurate and current.
• Be fully responsible for all bets, transactions, and other activities carried out through your account, whether performed by yourself or by another person with your knowledge or consent.

U99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account if it is established that you were negligent in safeguarding your login credentials.

04 Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

U99 supports a range of secure and convenient payment methods for our members in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and direct bank transfer. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Minimum Deposit: Each deposit has a minimum amount set according to the selected payment method. Check the deposit page for the latest information.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in the same member's name. Transfers to third parties are not permitted.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected method and account verification status.
• KYC Verification: Withdrawals exceeding certain limits require completed KYC verification. Ensure your documents are verified to avoid delays.
• Withdrawal Cancellation: Withdrawal requests still in "processing" status can be cancelled via your account panel. Once processed, they cannot be reversed.

• Game Results: All game results are final once a round is completed. Any claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the relevant round's conclusion.
• Technical Disruption: In the event of a technical disruption during a game, u99 will take appropriate action based on system records. Wagering funds will be returned if the outcome cannot be determined.
• Betting Limit: Every game and market has minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits may change at u99's discretion without prior notice.

07 Prohibited Activities

To maintain platform integrity and protect all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on u99:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology intended to exploit or manipulate games.
• Registering more than one account or using a false or borrowed identity to register an account.
• Any form of money laundering or use of the u99 platform for illegal purposes.
• Sharing or selling your account to another party, or allowing another individual to use your account.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the u99 platform's security systems in any way.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour towards other members or u99 staff through any communication channel.

08 Privacy & Data Protection

09 Liability Limit

• Platform disruption or unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence.
• Any action or omission by third parties, including payment service providers.

10 Account Termination & Suspension

U99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• A request from the member themselves to close their account.

Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the u99 customer support team. Any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses with pending wagering requirements) will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

11 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
